Procedure
- Dip slide with sections in solution A for 5 minutes.
- Rinse slide in solution B - 2 changes of 1 minute each.
- Rinse slide in solution C for 2 minutes.
- Transfer slide to solution D for 1 minute.
- Rinse in 100% ethanol - 2 changes of 1 minute each.
- Rinse in 90% ethanol - 2 changes of 1 minute each
- Rinse in 80% ethanol for 1 minute.
- Bleach in solution E for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Rinse again in 80% ethanol for 1 minute.
- Wash with distilled water before staining.
