New Modular Range of Bi-Linear Batch Stainers
These newly introduced linear batch staining units are designed to be user friendly, programmable and modular.
The Stainmate is available in MINI or MAX models – The MINI range (38 ml dish/bath capacity) is ideal for expensive staining techniques and special staining procedures, The MAX (200ml dish/bath capacity) is ideal for larger batch sizes.
Both the Stainmate MINI and MAX models can operate on a 12 volt
power supply – this, together with their compact design, makes
Stainmate modules truly portable. Stainmate modules are designed so
they can pass racks to other staining modules, additional dish/bath or
drying units. Modules can have two additional staining dishes/baths
added one at each end extending the unit’s capacity. A drying unit is
also available that can be attached to one end of a module if required.
If you require more than 12 baths for your staining process (10
dish/bath MINI or MAX with External Baths), multiple Stainmate modules
can be linked together and controlled via the PC-Based Stainmate
Software. Stainmate can be used in : Histopathology, Cytology
Hematology, and Microbiology Labs
Features:

LCD Controller
The controller has an LCD display and keypad, designed for ease of use. The user has complete control over all aspects of the staining process. Up to 10 different staining programs can be stored and selected. The step-by-step programming menu makes it easy to enter or change staining procedures and menu prompts guide you effortlessly through the instrument setting, If multiple modules are used, PC-Based Stainmate software is required.
PC- Based Stainmate Software
The PC-Based Stainmate Software enables multiple modules to operate as a single staining machine. Stainmate modules are designed so they can pass racks from one unit to another. This gives you the ability to build your own staining solution using staining modules and accessories. The software is Windows XP compatible and is supplied on a CD complete with a manual

Stainmate – MINI
The Stainmate MINI is multidiscipline:

Drying Module for Stainmate MINI –
A Drying Module is available which simply hooks onto either the left or right hand side of the Stainmate MINI 7 or MINI 10 Dish/Bath Modules. It is a fan-assisted slide dryer which operates at a temperature of approximately 70ºC

The fume hood is available in two sizes for the Stainmate MAX 7 Dish/Bath and 10 Dish/Bath modules. The Stainmate simply seats inside the base of the hood and the transparent door is hinged for easy access. The Fume Hood extracts fume through a replaceable charcoal filter.

This dish/bath holder has been designed so that you Can lift all seven dishes/baths out of the Stainmate MINI in one move. A spare holder containing 7 dishes/baths can be pre-filled and ready to load in, therefore saving time removing and filling the baths individually.
