7. HybriSlip™ Hybridization Cover
Rnase free, hydrophobic covers will not trap or bind probes to their surfaces like glass coverslips. Hybrislips are lighter weight than glass, minimizing friction and facilitating uniform reagent distribution. Hybrislip is ready-to-use without pretreatment. Working surfaces are protected with clean release liners to prevent Rnase contamination. Hybrislips remain flat and will not curl, even at high temperatures. Ideally suited for in-situ hybridization, in-situ PCR and hybridization to genomic arrays on glass slide.

Film-WellT for Cell Based Microarrays
Multiwell nitrocellulose dots affixed to glass microscope slides for cytochemistry high throughput screening.
Nitrocellulose which is specially formulated for fluorescent imaging is cast as ultra-thin coatings on premium white glass slides.
Microporous coating insures uniform binding of cells and macromolecules. The film becomes transparent for microscopy and imaging using a variety of mounting media.
Removable silicone multiwells isolate specimens and reagents to prevent cross contamination. Press-to-seal silicone chambers surface seals easily to prevent evaporation. Gaskets are removed cleanly and easily, simply by peeling them off.
Product #FS200-FS, non-gasketed film slides are made especially for cytocentrifuge preparations.

9. HybriWell Sealing
Chambers
Comes with coverslips, ports, and adhesive. Ideally suited to Immunocytochemistry, In-situ hybridization, In-situ PCR Hybridwell® seals securely to a microscope slide surface in seconds to enclose single or multiple specimens in a small reagent volume and eliminate evaporation.
Access ports in the chamber surface flow for the addition or removal of reactants. Ports are easily sealed by using seal tabs, provided with each order (reorder: Cat #70328- 00). Sealed chambers are watertightand ideally suited to water-bath incubations.

10. CultureWell™ Chambered Coverglass
Chambered coverslips consists of removable/reusable non-cytotoxic silicone gasket secured to 24x50mm, number 1 1/2 German glass coverslips. They may be placed in sterile culture plates, or 100mm diameter culture dishes.
The thin flat cover glass is the optimum platform for high-resolution microscopy and high sensitivity quantitative fluorescent imaging.- Leak Proof design eliminates well-to-well cross contamination.
- Gaskets stabilize coverslips and provide convenient handling using conventional microscope slide holders & accessories.
- Removable gasket for high-resolution imaging.

11. CultureWell™ Chambered Coverglass Plate Inserts
One insert is comprised of four chambered cover glasses assembled in a disposable frame placed in a standard 86mm x 128mm culture plate sterile and is ready to use. The stabilizing insert design and accessory hardware allow fragile cover glass to be easily integrated into protocols for high throughput handling of microscope slides and microtiter plates.

12. Secureslip™ Cell Culture Coverslips
Cover glass is affixed to a thin microscopically transparent silicone base, which secures it to culture vessels by friction (no adhesive) to prevent coverslip movement during cultivation, and cells from growing on the back surface. The silicone also acts as a hydrophobic barrier to isolate liquid reagents on glass.
Individual coverslips can be placed in a petri dish or plate. These can be easily removed one at a time from the dish during culture.
Once removed, coverslips can be affixed to a glass microscope slide by means of the tack silicone backing for routine processing or placed cell side down onto a drop of reagent using the silicone backing as a cover to prevent evaporation.
Silicone backing removes easily (by peeling) for conventional mounting on microscope slides. During culture cells may be imaged without interference from the optical grade silicone.
- Eliminate coverslip overlapping during culture and assay procedures.
- Handle SecureSlips™ with forceps by the silicone backing to avoiddamage to glass or cells.
- Easily identify "cell side" of coverslip.

13. MultiSlip™ Cell Culture Coverslip Inserts
Multislip™ insert with 8 (18mm x 18mm) or 15 (12mm x 12mm) NBo. 1 1/2" German glass coverslip per insert are sterile and ready to use in conventional 86mm x 128mm culture plates. Staining and washing procedures may be performed with MultiSlip inserts in the plate or silicone backed coverslips may be removed individually and affixed to glass microscope slides. Alternately, inserts may be easily removed for batch processing in glass staining dishes.
Ideally suited for the culture of cells where pretreatment of the glass surface with a biological coating is recommended. Simply add sterile solution to the plate and aspirate. coating is applied evenly to one side of the glass only, with no overlapping, handling with forceps. Biological coating procedures for cover glass are available upon request.

14. Cell Culture System Accessories
Reusable CultureWell gaskets from CultureWell Chambered Coverglass (Item 11) and CultureWell Chambered Coverglass Plate Inserts (Item 12) are avialable bulk packaged for applications requiring glass microscope slide or forming wells in polystyrene dishes. Gaskets are non-sterile and may be sterilized by autoclaving, UV or alcohol.
