Dead
Sea cosmetic mud – image and elemental analysis
This sample of Dead Sea mud was imaged and analyzed by Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy. The elemental composition of the particles in the full frame and of a selected spot was determined. In this case some of the elements present are: C, O, Na, Br, Mg, Al, Si, S, Cl and others. (In courtesy of AHAVA Ltd.)
