Staining
- Deparaffinize and carry through absolute alcohol, two changes.
- Let stand in absolute alcohol for two hours.
- Stain in Cresyl Violet Acetate Working Solution (#26671-1A) for 40 – 60 minutes.
- Differentiate rapidly in 95% alcohol, then dehydrate in absolute alcohol, and clear in xylene, two changes each.
- Mount with Permount (#17986-01)
