Decalcifier

Instruction for use:
This product has been tested and found not to form Bis Chloromethyl Ether (BCME) when following the recommended directions for use.
Use This Decalcifier directly into the ratio of 50 parts solution to 1 part calcified tissue.
- For best result, fix tissue for 24 hours in non buffered formalin.
- Place fixed tissue in Decalcifier solution overnight.
- Wash free of Decalcifier in running water for 3-4 hours.
- Continue with usual tissue processing.
Large bone sections should be soaked in Decalcifier for the prescribed time, then removed and cut into specimens of desired size, and then returned to the fresh Decalcifier bath for another 1- 15 hours to complete decalcification.
