Introduction

This Universal Cassette & Cyclone Holder allows cassettes and cyclones to be attached onto a workers collar. Compatible with 37mm and 25mm cassettes, and aluminum cyclone manufactured by Zefon and SKC. Weighs only 73 g or 2.5 oz. Comes with 3' of tubing attached.

How to Insert Various Cassettes

2- or 3piece 37 mm Cassette without a Cyclone:

1. Pull back the spring-loaded cassette holder plate and place a cassette into the "seat" in the cassette holder.
2. Release and adjust the holder plate so the cassette outlet port is visible through the small hole in the plate.
3. Insert the luer fitting on the end of the rubber tubing into the cassette outlet port.

A Cassette with a Cyclone:

1. Pull back the spring-loaded cassette holder plate and insert the stem of the cyclone through the large opening in the holder.
2. Rotate the cyclone so the lobe on the large end falls into the notch in the cassette holder.
3. Release and adjust the holder plate so the cassette outlet port is visible through the small hole in the plate.
4. Insert the luer fitting on the end of the rubber tubing into the cassette outlet port.

1. Slide one of the supplied 0-rings over the cassette and position it at the-parting line between-cassette sections.
2. Pull back the spring-loaded cassette holder plate and insert the cassette through the large opening in the holder (inlet\ end down).
3. Release and adjust the holder plate so the cassette outlet port is visible through the small hole in the plate.
4. Insert the luer fitting on the end of the rubber tubing into the cassette outlet port.

1. Remove the inlet section of the cassette.
2. Slide one of the supplied 0-rings over the cassette and position it at the parting line between the cassette and cowl.
3. Pull back the spring-loaded cassette holder plate and insert the cowl through the large opening in the holder (inlet\ end down).
4. Release and adjust the holder plate over the outlet port of the cassette.
5. Insert the luer fitting on the end of the rubber tubing into the cassette outlet port.
