P47 Scintillator Disc

Each scintillator is in a hermetically sealed container. Removal instructions are on the other side. Once the container is opened the scintillator should be used, or placed in a desiccator. Our container can also be used for storage, but make sure the cap is sealed.
Install with phosphor side facing towards sample chamber (away from light pipe and p.m. tube).
Avoid touching phosphor. It is very fragile.
The rough appearance on the surface is the phosphor. They are NOT plastic, they are better. Aluminum coating is not required on the P47 types.
