What is Agarose LE Powder?
Agarose LE Powder is a multi-purpose, high-purity product that is formulated for high gel strength and integrity. Its low EEO promotes increased electrophoretic mobility and allows macromolecules to migrate freely through the gel matrix. The low EEO also provides reduction in band distortion that can result from the presence of excessive sulfate-rich negative ions. Furthermore, it exhibits exceptional thermal stability and mechanical resistance.
