Vials are in trays are shrunk-wrapped in plastic, 5 trays to a case. Screw caps size 22-400 is made from Urea with Poly-seal cone liner. Caps are packed separately in polyethylene bags of 100. Vial measures 28 mm diameter x 57 mm height (with cap off), and 61 mm height (with cap on). Size 20 ml.
