AzerPath Precise Cover Tape™

AzerPath Precise Cover Tape™ is equal to other high-end TAC films for LCD and archive films, the Precise Cover Tape™ coverslipping film is manufactured under clean room conditions. Due to the high transparency, the end-user gets a vivid visual impression of the sample under the microscope. 
The unique and patented surface structure provides a very homogeneous distribution of solvent droplets and reduces the amount of xylene required for successful coverslipping. Compared to other coverslipping films, the amount of xylene can be reduced by 10% to 30%, depending on the type of automated coverslipper and application conditions. 
The base film material is made from a renewable raw material and the complete coverslipping film composition is free of xylene and benzene. In comparison to similar products, it has a low amount of residual toluene, which is detectable only in traces. Precise Cover Tape™ coverslipping film consists of base materials with long term (>15 years) stability of the optical and mechanical parameters (if stored at the recommended conditions). The shelf life of the product is 18 months from the date of manufacture if storage and use are in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended conditions. 
Developed, manufactured and quality controlled according to DIN EN ISO 13485 and under the restrictions of DIN EN ISO 9001/14001/50001. According to article 48 of the EU regulation 2017/746 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices a conformity assessment procedure was conducted and an EC declaration of conformity was established for Precise Cover Tape™ coverslipping film.
