A resharpened DiATOME knife has the same length, an identical cutting edge and carries the same guarantee of quality as a new knife. During resharpening a knife may be reworked into another type.
DiATOME histo cryo knives are available in boats (for wet cryo sectioning) and triangular holders (for dry cryo sectioning). They are made of a special copper/nickel alloy, which guarantees the best heat/cold transmission. Knives are available in 45° angle.
