The MT6300CL Trinocular Epi-Fluorescence Biological Microscope with LED Light Source employs ICOS™ (Infinity Corrected Optical System), making the study of mounted specimens fast and easy, while delivering an excellent cost-to-performance ratio. The MT6300CL Series microscopes are configured for Brightfield and Epi-flourescence but can also be outfitted with optional Phase contrast, Polarized light and Darkfield components. System modularity makes purchase and operation very affordable for colleges, universities, researchers and clinics.

Epi-Fluorescence with LED Advantage

Intensity from a conventional lamp decreases through its life, which means that illumination varies dramatically over time. The lifetime of LEDs far exceeds that of these older lamps, ex. Mercury, Metal Halide, Xenon models and intensity remains broadly constant throughout its life, providing a stable, repeatable light source. Some of the many fluorophores excited by the PE-300 CoolLED add-on series are FITC, DAPI, Cy3, Auramine, TxRed, mCherry, TRITC, ChR, Hoechst, Cy5, Calcofluor, RFP to name a few. The MT6300CL is equipped with PE-300L/LEDMT which is a LED fluorescence illumination kit, configured for fluorophores such as DAPI, FITC, TRITC & Cy5, instant on/off with the ability to optimize intensity & minimize sample damage via the simple desktop Control Pod with a manual control pod and power supply.

The MT6300CL is equipped with the PE-300L/LEDMT, a simple white light LED microscope illuminator. It provides a broad spectrum of illumination, covering the excitation bands of common fluorophores such as DAPI, CFP, Aqua, FITC, TRITC, TxRed, Cy5 and many more. Operation is by a remote manual control pod with instant on/off and intensity control from 0-100%. The newly enhanced PE-300L/LEDMT runs under 60 Watts at its full power. That is almost a quadruple efficiency increase, and compares to other LED technology which uses 120 to 350 Watts. This leap forward in technology makes LEDs more attractive when compared to old Mercury or Metal Halide technology, with no mercury to dispose of and lower energy costs due to low power consumption and precise control.

PR-ES 102 X & Y Stage Axis Motorized Stage Control Kit for MT Biological Series

This motorized XY stage system can be added to the MT Series Upright models. It includes Multi-Axis Controller, X&Y joystick control, PC RS232 and 2.0 USB cable, and upright motorized stage.

The PR-ES102 automated stage is ideally suited for routine imaging applications that require precise XY stage movement of the sample. The ergonomic joystick provides fast, responsive control of the stage. Two Hot Keys are provided to quickly change stage and focus motor speeds. This stage provides fast, smooth positioning without vibration, thanks to a unique S-curve acceleration algorithm.

This motorized XYZ stage and Focus system can be added to the MT Series Upright models. The PR-ES103 Stage and Focus System provides an economical solution for routine motorized scanning stage and focus applications.

The PR-ES103 automated stage and focus system is ideally suited for routine imaging applications that require precise XYZ stage movement of the sample. Step sizes as small as 0.1 µm give excellent resolution for precise focusing and repeatable positioning in the Z-axis. For large movements when speed is required, the PR- ES103 focus motor can be driven at speeds of up to 16 revs/s. The ergonomic joystick provides fast, responsive control of the stage. Two Hot Keys are provided to quickly change stage and focus motor speeds. The PR-ES103 stage provides a fast smooth positioning without vibration thanks to a unique S-curve acceleration algorithm.
