The Slimline Slide Drying Hotplate warms up quickly, providing efficient drying of paraffin tissue sections with precise temperature control.
Microscope slides are supported by four moveable rails which allow heated air to pass under the slides for quick drying. Users can angle slides at 10° to promote drainage. Additionally, the rails can be completely removed from the hotplate allowing slides to be placed directly on the heated surface.
An anti-microbial paint finish inhibits the growth of viruses and bacteria. The heating area features a matte black powder finish that provides visual contrast with paraffin tissue sections.
